SomniTine is designed for relaxation support and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Safe use

• Do not use while driving or operating machinery.
• Lower volume if audio causes discomfort.
• Disable haptics if tactile feedback is uncomfortable.
• Stop use if adverse effects occur.

Purchases

• Free includes limited sessions to start
• Zen Pass offers monthly and yearly subscription plans
• Pro Unlock is an optional one-time non-consumable purchase
• Pro Unlock is one-time and has no recurring subscription.
• Purchases and refunds are governed by Apple's platform policies

Privacy

Usage behavior remains on-device. SomniTine does not sell personal usage profiles.

Intellectual property

App code, audio assets, branding, and other creative materials remain the property of Borealbit Technology Limited.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borealbit Technology Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
